Due to the popularity of our Culture Can’t be Fixed series, we’ve had a flood of new blog readers and newsletter subscribers, so we thought it high time to introduce, or re-introduce ourselves to you.  

We are Neu.  

We’re a Transformation Consultancy making work better for a new world.  We’re obsessed with culture and all the ways in which the people and systems at work influence it.  
 
But we hear you asking, “what do you actually do?”  

Getting into the specifics of what we do can make us feel like a travelling salesperson opening their suitcase to reveal hundreds of offerings. However, the reality is we are a diverse and talented bunch of people who make a huge impact on organisations in a lot of ways.

Leadership

We also offer executive coaching, and we can embed our deliberately developmental approach to leadership into organisations.

We also help teams deliver products and services more effectively by having an even stronger focus on the customer, understanding what makes a great product, ensuring the right team structure is in place and introducing different practices that are suited to product and service delivery teams.
